Oh, Holiday shopping. Each year, it sneaks up on us, and you’re either first in line or anti-crowds. We’ve found that Black Friday shopping isn’t so bad when you have a plan of attack, and major meltdowns are averted by keeping your list short (before checking it twice). Once you’ve nailed down your must-haves before bracing the parking lots (a trueeeee Nightmare before Christmas), and prioritized your stops by the best steal, it’s go time.

A major form of self-care for us - and quite possibly, one of our favorites at that - is reading. Nothing beats diving into a good page-turner on a Saturday morning, full mug in hand, to treat yo’self to a little R&R. Here’s a little list of what we’re recommending these days.

Today’s the day where we encourage empowered women to empower other women. We’re taking some time to reflect on the amazing all-American ladies who have taken the country by storm, and while there are too many to name, a few stuck out to us as bad@$$es of their time. These OG trailblazers have made an impact on life as we know it, and for that, we are forever thankful.
