Rae Pardini Matson

Rae is the founder, #momboss and name behind RPM, determined to put businesses on the map through innovative PR. She lived in Los Angeles for years, gaining experience in media on a global scale with Sony Pictures, People Magazine and more. That experience, combined with the drive to create a flexible workplace for like-minded creative professionals in her native Central Valley, is the inspiration behind RPM PR. Rae leads the team and mission every day as a proud working mother, which lead her to found the Mother Upload (#motherupload) -- a group empowering and celebrating local moms in the workforce. She has a natural instinct for connecting people, a creative mind, and the poise and personability to keep clients coming back for more.

Marcy Oliver

Warm and welcoming leader and rockstar #workingmom, Marcy is the daily driver of all RPM projects, voice behind many a client email, and a gracious team manager. She is that friend you call in a crisis: calm, cool, and collected with the leadership to get things done. Marcy coordinates the details and workflow of each client plan, moving things forward internally and communicating externally along the way.

Meet the girl next door who just happens to have a passion for publicity. Amanda provides support on all things media, kills it on social, and keeps us posted on industry trends -- all with a smile. She’s always willing to learn something new and go above and beyond for our clients. Between crafting fun posts or calling reporters, you might catch this family gal telling a story about her famous Mimi.

With an eye for clean lines and chic simplicity, Maria takes our visual ideas and spins them into graphic gold. Dynamic and easy-going, she’s an award-winning designer and brings everything from logos and websites to brochures and postcards come to life for clients.

Gianna’s talent for photography consistently takes our client projects to the next level, delivering visuals that are both beautiful and on-brand. Always on the cutting edge of visual and social media trends, she spends her days shooting and editing client content and designing graphics with her own aesthetic spin.
