RPM's Reading List
A major form of self-care for us - and quite possibly, one of our favorites at that - is reading. Nothing beats diving into a good page-turner on a Saturday morning, full mug in hand, to treat yo’self to a little R&R. Here’s a little list of what we’re recommending these days:
Dani’s New Mantra: Girl, Stop Apologizing by Rachel Hollis - This little masterpiece is Hollis’s second work after Girl, Wash Your Face, and we’re huge fans. Hollis encourages readers to stop fearing judgement and to start *living their best life* - and not apologize for it. Sorry, not sorry.
Amanda’s Latest: The Husband’s Secret by Liane Moriaty - A mystery centered around the intersection of love and loss in two women’s lives, The Husband’s Secret will have you hooked from cover to cover. We seriously can’t put this one down.
Nikki’s Go-To: Extreme You by Sarah Robb O’Hagan - O’Hagan dishes out #truth, and with a history of serving as the global president of Gatorade and Equinox, she has a major leg to stand on. This #momboss teaches her readers how to confidently pursue their personal and professional goals.
Marcy’s Fave: Everybody, Always by Bob Goff - Unconditional love can make a difference - even when it feels like it’s hard to give. Goff shares his experiences of living without limits and the effects of unrestricted kindness to others throughout the world in this work.
Cece’s Pick: The Authentics by Melanie Acevedo and Dara Caponigro - Ideal for your coffee table, The Authentics is written by the amazing photographer Melanie Acevedo and Domino magazine’s founding editor, Dara Caponigro. This hardcover beaut shares an inspiring inside look at some of the world’s most creative individuals.
Bianca’s Choice: Into the Water by Paula Hawkins - Our team loves mysteries. Set in London, England, this novel follows the story of multiple people who are intertwined by the waves of one river - and we’re at the edge of our seats.
Gianna’s Recommendation: The Astrology of You and Me by Gary Goldschneider - It’s written in the stars. This book serves as the ultimate guide to relationships navigated by astrological signs, and is a magical support for any situation.
