Heirloom Eats: Frozen Greek Yogurt with Baklava

Since Heirloom Eats opened back in 2019, their Frozen Greek Yogurt has been an RPM team go-to. The tart flavors of the fro-yo mix with the sweetness of the baklava topping (yes, we said baklava topping) and honey to create a flavor bomb that can’t be missed. Be sure to order a cup during your next visit.

Pelican's SnoBalls: Snow Cones

Could there be anything more nostalgic than a snow cone?! There’s a reason folks are flocking (see what we did there?) to Pelican’s in Clovis. We sampled the Birthday Cake and Frogger flavors and were not disappointed — plus, it’s the perfect way to cool down with the kiddos on a hot day. 

AXIS Coffee Bar: Rice Krispie Treats

The Valley’s best kept secret has to be AXIS Coffee Bar + Eatery’s Brown Butter Rice Krispie Treats. These are not your average take on the childhood classic. First of all, they’re huge (you could easily split one but we promise you won’t want to). Secondly, they’re made with brown butter to take that flavor profile to the next level. Our whole team stocks up every time we visit. 

Ampersand: Ice Cream and Sorbet

This Fresno mainstay serves up the best ‘scream in town and we can’t resist trying new flavors every time we go. Our team recently scooped up the classic Chocolate Chip along with a Fruit Crisp special. You can pick up Ampersand pints as well — perfect for having on hand when Sweet Treat O’Clock hits hard.
