Position Overview

RPM PR and Mumzie Media are seeking a creative, detail-oriented Content Creator to support content development across client accounts and internal brand platforms. This role is ideal for someone who understands storytelling, aesthetics, and social media strategy and can execute content that is both visually compelling and aligned with brand voice.

This position is based in Fresno, CA, as the role requires frequent in-person content capture for client shoots, events, and activations.

This is a part-time, non-exempt hourly position.

Compensation & Schedule

• Hourly Rate: $25/hour (non-exempt)
• Schedule: Approximately 15–25 hours per week (target ~20 hours/week)
• Work Environment: Hybrid (remote + regular in-person shoots and meetings in Fresno/Clovis area)

Key Responsibilities

• Create and edit engaging content for Instagram, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms
• Capture photo and video content at client shoots, events, and brand activations
• Design graphics and visual content for social media, marketing materials, and campaigns
• Assist in planning and executing content calendars for clients and internal brands
• Write captions and assist with brand-aligned messaging
• Edit short-form video content (Reels, TikToks)
• Support content organization, asset management, and scheduling
• Stay up to date on social media trends and recommend creative ideas
• Collaborate with the RPM PR and Mumzie Media teams on campaigns and launches

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in content creation, social media, or a related field
• Well-versed in Canva and graphic design for a wide range of content and marketing assets
• Strong eye for design, aesthetics, and brand consistency
• Proficiency in content tools (e.g., Canva, CapCut, Adobe Suite, or similar)
• Comfortable filming and editing short-form video content
• Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to meet deadlines
• Must be based in the Fresno/Clovis area and available for frequent in-person shoots

Physical & Work Requirements

• Ability to work on a computer and/or mobile device for extended periods
• Ability to attend in-person meetings, client shoots, and events in the Central Valley
• Ability to lift and carry light equipment (e.g., camera gear, props) as needed

Employment Classification & Compliance

This is a part-time, non-exempt hourly position. The employee will be eligible for overtime in accordance with California law. Meal and rest breaks will be provided in compliance with applicable California wage and hour requirements.

Employment is at-will, meaning either the employee or employer may terminate employment at any time, with or without cause or notice, in accordance with California law.
